"Super easy with luggage and my bike!!!"
Traveling with my bags and bike was way easier than I expected!!! Everything was handled really well, and there was no hassle at all!!! Such a smooth experience!!!

"Friendly staff, average ferry ride"
As someone who likes to have all the details figured out ahead of time, I was a little thrown off by the timing and parking situation. That said, the staff were really friendly and helped us figure out where to line up, which I appreciated. The ferry ride itself was fine, nothing amazing, but not bad either. Overall, it was an okay trip, just felt a bit average for the price.

Booking the ferry tickets was quick and straightforward. I’ll admit I felt a little unsure right after I paid, just wondering if everything had actually gone through properly, but the tickets came through and there were no issues in the end.

"Schedule was a mess and things felt careless"
The ferry was late both ways, and the posted times didn’t really line up with what actually happened. The staff were nice enough, but it felt like the whole thing was handled carelessly. Trying to plan around it was really frustrating.

"We went on a busy..."
We went on a busy day, so i was expecting boarding to be kind of a mess. But it actually went really smoothly. The staff kept the lines moving and let people know where to stand without coming across as bossy. Even with so many people around, it never felt confusing. i was happy with how they handled everything

"Definitely a clean, comfortable ferry ride"
The ferry was really clean, and the seats were absolutely comfortable enough for the ride over. I’m 100% the kind of person who notices the bathrooms, and these were clearly being taken care of. It did get a bit crowded, so moving around wasn’t exactly easy, but overall the boat felt nice, well kept, and totally solid. I’d definitely use them again.

"Easy parking and a smooth shuttle experience"
I was a little nervous about how parking would go with the kids and all our bags, but it ended up being really easy. The shuttle was right there, so we didn’t have to haul everything very far, which was such a relief. The staff pointed us in the right direction and made it feel straightforward. Everything moved quickly, it took a lot of stress out of the trip.
